1. All Sales Final on Custom Orders
Due to the personalized nature of our photo magnets, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or there is a printing error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue. We’ll gladly offer a free replacement or a full refund.
3. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase. After this window, production begins and cancellations are no longer possible.
4. Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, but if your package is lost or significantly delayed, reach out and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
5. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re unhappy with your order for any reason, please let us know within 7 days of receiving it. While we can’t guarantee a refund for custom products, we’ll always try to make it right—whether that’s a discount, remake, or partial refund.
